GTM Assistant Application allows you to automatically install the e-commerce and default tracking to connected services through Google Tag Manager. You will have to give app the access to your Google account to allow it to publish the tags through Google Tag Manager to Google Analytics 4 or other google services. The best way to give us access is to go "login to your Google account" and grant the access, it is one time work.
While giving us access to your Google account, please take care of the following points.
- Log in to the Google account, where you have Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics enabled.
- Make sure that the google analytics account (available on this google account login) has the your ecommerce/shopify website added & verified.
- Don't worry if you have multiple websites/apps in your account, the app will give you the choice to connect with the correct website.
